Country Oaks Bed and Biscuit Inn has an opening for a part-time dog boarding attendant for our cage-free Inn. Our dog boarding attendants are vital in providing exceptional care for all the good family doggies that visit our facility.
We seek an ideal candidate who is an experienced, hard-working individual who wants to grow with our company. We do not accept aggressive dogs. Candidate must be professional, reliable, confident around animals, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidate must be able to work alone and stay on task.

Job Responsibilities: Feeding in clean bowls, cleaning playrooms, cleaning dog yards, cleaning doggie bedding, bathing doggies, supervising play groups, and some customer service.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of dog handling experience or 1-year work experience at Red House BBQ.
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions, pay attention to detail, multi-task, and have excellent follow-through.
Must be able to know how to clean and can lift 50lb of dog food bags.
Candidates must be friendly, attentive, responsible, and always have professionalism.
Candidates must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and capable of physical work.
Can work well in a team setting
Knowing how to wash dogs is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time Education: High school or equivalent
Shifts: 3-5 hour shifts, Morning (7:00 am – 12:00 pm), Afternoon (11:30 am – 4:30 pm) or Evening (4:00 pm -9:00 pm)
Working Days: Monday – Friday, Weekends, and most holidays.
Hours per Week: 20 Work Location: Tehachapi, CA Compensation: $15/ hour
